The shutdown of the free Yahoo! weather service earlier this month impacted both KABcam 5 and Journal2Day.

Yahoo! weather has been removed from KABcam 5 and OpenWeatherMap is now the default weather service. A new geo-location service (GeoNames) is used in conjunction with OpenWeatherMap to support more location formats including zip/postal codes.

Yahoo! weather has been replaced by OpenWeatherMap in Journal2Day. Journal2Day also uses GeoNames for better location formats.
